1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. You may request changes (product variant or shipping address) within 6 hours via our Contact Form.
If the change increases the order value, additional payment is required within 48 hours.
If the change decreases the order value, no refund will be issued for the difference.
Canceling products may void any discounts or promotions.
Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours. If the address is invalid or incomplete, we may cancel the order and refund the balance after deducting incurred costs.
2. Replacements & Refunds
Eligible if your order is not delivered within 30 - 45 business days or has quality issues.
Quality claims must be made within 7 business days after delivery (based on tracking).
Proof required: unboxing video, clear photos of defects/incorrect items, size label, and original shipping label.
Processing:
Approval by email is required before any refund/replacement.
Replacements ship within 1–7 days after approval.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Disclaimer
You must provide accurate order details. Fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to absence, incorrect address, refusal, or theft after delivery.
Errors caused by wrong size, design, or color selection are not eligible for refund.
Some products may arrive folded and slightly wrinkled; this is normal and not a defect. Lay flat for 3–5 days to remove creases.
